    i treid to install.

    I developed the screenshot so let me know solution, please.

    What version?

    Are you installing 12.1.6?

    Required logs for troubleshooting failed Endpoint Protection 12.1 client installations

    Need to see SEP_INST.log or SIS_INST.log files

    Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.2 RU2 is installing

    OK.

    i will try to collect log an SEP_INST.log or SIS_INST.log files

    Please export new SEP package and try to install,

    Also you can try Latest SEP 12.1.6.

    New SEP package available symantec fileconnect.
