    Hi,

Refer to attached file, I have added "Windows NetMeeting" "mnmsrvc" to exception list.

But client still pop-up "commercialapps.2" was detected.

    Please advice.

    Thanks

It's logged only, no action is taken otherwise.

The options for SONAR are log, remove, or quarantine.

You can disable the popups if you wish. Uncheck "Show alert upon detection" in the SONAR tab on the AV policy.

After ignored this application, I don't want pop-up.

Since it will disturb user. I want to hide / not pup-up anymore.

    Thanks

Then uncheck the option I mentioned and it won't show up.

    Hi William,

I recommend upgrading away from SEP 11 as it has only a few months left before it reaches its permanent End of Life.  After early January 2015, there will be no more support for this old relese.  Please migrate to the latest release of SEP 12.1 as soon as possible!

Support life extension for Endpoint Protection 11.x and Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition 12.0.x

PTP is completely different in SEP 12.1 than it was in SEP 11.  I expect that after upgrading you will no longer have the present issues with pop-ups.

    Hope this helps!
