Deployment Solution

Hello,

I am trying to image a Dell Optiplex 745 using Altiris version 6.5. I am receiving an error message approx. 10 seconds into the imaging process that states "The data could not be deserialized".

Can anyone help me with this issue?

Per the Altiris® Deployment Server Error Codes Document -you can download a copy from kb.altiris.com-
"Repeat the operation to see if the problem occurs in the same manner again. Simplify the network by removing routers, etc. that  might corrupt data. If a file is being read, recreate the file."

CAUSE "Data has been corrupted (e.g. in an image or on the network)."
