  • 1.  Importing O.S files not possible

    Hi,

    I installed the Altiris Deployment Solution 8.0 on a W2K12 R2  server using the latest Java client version (8.0 Update 91).

    When I try to import O.S files using the blue "+", nothing happens.

    This worked in version 7.6 using the Java client version 8.0 U77.

    I also tried to use that version (8 u77) but it didn't worked either.

    Does this problem still occur?

    • Your NS URL is added in "Compatibility View Settings" of I.E and added in "Trusted Sites"?
    • Check "Security" settings of Java.
    • Have you tried to open same page using I.E from remote machine?
