  • 1.  Incident not displayed on the enforce, due to firefox Version

    Hi,

    We have 14.5 DLP Symantec solution, our scope is protecting source code from leaving the society, we tested to send a source code via gmail , the incident is displayed on the enforce when we use google chrome, but when we send with firefox (58.0.2) there is no incident on the dashborad, (is this because of the version of firefox?).

    Anyone to tell us what to do to solve this. Thank you

    Ladnad,

    Have you installe the current MP release for the agents? Not sure if there is a 14.5 MP2 or higher.. there is a 14.6 MP1

    You should make sure you are up to date on that and it may cover the issue.

    This error occurs may be due to that the version of Firefox browser you use is not compatible with the system. While using the firefox use the chrome browser. It is good. But while using the chrome ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR arise which shows the message of This webpage is not available. There are much more issues arises. If such issues come while using it visit Fix Err Spdy Protocol Error Not Responding for the help.
