INCIDENT SNAPSHOT variable is showing old enforce servername in URL

  • 1.  INCIDENT SNAPSHOT variable is showing old enforce servername in URL

    I had migrated the DLP enforce to another server. The INCIDENT_SNAPSHOT variable in email notification response rule is showing old server name insteading of new server name in the URL. How can I fix that?

    Rohit..

    You will need to change that in the Settings > General page where you setup the email server an import the licenses
