    Hello!

    I need your help.

I would like to get answer for next questions about AD Sync work:

    1. When a sync profile runs, users who have been deleted from AD are not deactivated in ServiceDesk. Is it correcly?

    2. When a sync profile runs, a user doesn't remove from any ServiceDesk groups even though they've been removed from those respective groups in AD. Is it correcly?

For example, I had AD user - 'user1'. He was member of  group AD: 'group1' and 'group2'. After sync with SD I had SD user - 'user1', member of  group SD: 'group1' and 'group2'. Then I deleted AD user - 'user1' from AD group - 'group1'. After sync with SD, the SD user - 'user1' was also member of  group SD: 'group1' and 'group2'. He wasn't be deleted from SD group - 'group1'.

    3. For example, Sync Profile  sync only two AD group: 'group1' and 'group2'. AD User isn't member of the AD groups. SD User was created automatically at the first entry to SD. I don't have Sync Profile to sync all Domen.  AD authentication work. If the user will blocked or deleted from AD, can he pass authentication to SD?

    Thank you!
