    Hi all,

    I explain my problem. i have one certificate with 2 serial number:

    SYMC PROTECTION SUITE ENTERPRISE EDITION 4.0 per user renewl basic 12 month express b

    SYMC ENDPOINT PROTECTION 12.1 per user renewl basic 12 month expresss band b

    In SEP console i have an error that say i have 8 overdeployed client. Thats its true and i want bought 10 more licences

    But all clients are all updated (i dont know if protection works fine). how its possibile if i have 8 overdployed clients?

    I know that SEP Enteprise license permit to update client overdeployed. SEP SBE not. its true?

    how can i know what type of product (SEP Enterprise or Small Business Edition) i have?

    With the enterprise version, if you go over the license count, content updates will NOT stop on the clients. You will continue to be fully protected against the latest threats and receive updates. The SEPM will only warn you until you get under the total client.

    as i said, i two serial number with ths descriptoin. Are both enterprise or what?

    Yes, they're enterprise.
