    Delete

    C:\program files\symantec\liveudpate

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\LiveUpdate

    Changed DCom permission:

On the Windows taskbar, click Start > Run.

    Type the following:

    Restart the server.

    dcomcnfg.exe

    Click OK.

    Perform one of the following:

In Windows 2003/XP, expand Component Services, and then expand Computers. Right-click My Computer, and click Properties. On the Default Properties tab, on the Default Impersonation Level menu, click Identify.

In Windows 2000, on the Default Properties tab, on the Default Impersonation Level menu, click Identify.

    Click OK.

Finally I am done. Thanks to every body for their help. This was my daughter's laptop which was creating some much of problems.
SEP 11.0 is now installed and updated.
One quick question i have heard that SEP 11.0.5000 is compatible with vWindows 7  but there ar some issues. I have 10 W7 machine inmy network can i go with SEP MR5 on them. These machines are not connected to the internet so i can work without an AV program for the time being rather then installing something that will create some issues.

There are no problems with Windows7 and Mr5. In rare cases there have been issues with remote deployment nothing other than that.
