Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition

  • 1.  Installation not cmpleted-Advise Please

    This computer was upgraded to Win10, when install Symantec Endpoint Protection(Small Business Edition)

    When install untill 70+% percents, Symantec prompt: Installation not completed(Detail:The installer could install all the selected components,

    if the problem still persist, please contact customer support, and quote reference number e4c31eced0), I was restart the PC and reinstall but still the same issue. Any advise?

    Run the SymDiag tool on it for additional error checking:

    Download SymDiag to detect Symantec product issues

    Also is there a SEP_INST.log for SIS_INST.log file?

    Hi Brian,

     

    Thanks for your advise, I has downloaded the Tool and waiting for the user coming.

     

    By the way, Im not understand what is SEP_INST.log for SIS_INST.log file. where can I find it ?

    Try the %temp% location
