I have installed a Symantec Protection Engine to Windows 2008 server.
After the completion of the installation process the Symantec protection engine is always on the starting status in the services.
When i try to call the symcscan from the cmd it gives the following error.
unknown object passed - can't encode.Exception in thread "main" java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to create certificates. Fatal Error. at com.symantec.xmlmonitor.XMLMonitor.run(Unknown Source)
I think maybe I was missing somthing at the installation step.
Somebody please help me through it.
