Does anyone know if installation of the altiris agent(ver. on a server running both Data Center Security(6.6 MP1) and Symantec Endpoint Encryption will have any effect on these products?
What version of Altris Agent you are going to install there?
Altiris admin says its the latest v8.x .
Don't see any reason that "Symantec Management Agent" will doesn't work there so I would say that "Symantec Management Agent" 8.x wiill works on Operating System with "PGP", "Symantec Endpoint Protection" installed, just make sure that all required ports are opened to allow "Symantec Management Agent" work properly https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.HOWTO3401.html and rules https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH174641.html
Take a single machine and install there "Symantec Management Agent" to identify whether your current security rules/ports are in compliance to allow SMA to work properly.

installed the altiris agent and just add to re-scan the server to add to the protection whitelisting policy.
