  • 1.  Installing Symantec AV Corp 10 client on Windows Server 2008 x64

    Does anybody know,

    how to install symantec antivirus corporate 10.1 or 10.2 client on Windows Server 2008 x64 machine?

    Into c:\program files\SAV\clt-inst  folder, I don't see install client folder for Windows Server 2008 x64. Only 64bit install folder is "WinVista64".
    Did someone have same problem or resolved it ?

     You are in the wrong form for this. This forum is for Enterprise Vault not Antivirus

    Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition 10.2 Maintenance Release 1 (MR 1) includes client-only support for Microsoft Windows 2008 Server

    Run the Set up from the downalod  of CD1 WinVista64

    Are the WinVista64 same packed like WInSrv2008 x64 ? I need special package for my Windows Server 2008 x64, i need managed client

    use the folder under the cd for 64 bit folder. THe same setup is used for vista as well as Win 2008
