What username are using to connect?

If this is a fresh install than the Administrator account is the only account with a login.  Note that I used a Captial A, usernames are case sensitive.

If you are using AD accounts make sure the samaccountname values match case sensitive with what you have in AD and also in DLP.  For example if the samAccount  Name value is JonathanJ then the DLP username has  to be JonathanJ as well

    hello,

If you forgot Administrator password or mistype it during installation, you could reset it using a software available in SymantecDLP/Protect/bin directory on your enforce server (adminpasswordReset). You will need to use DLP DB account password in order to do it.

If you use AD authentication, dont forget that you must first create the account in DLP (using samaccountname as login).

After several errors, account will be locked so you will need an other account (with correct privilege) to unlock it.

     Regards.
