Client Management Suite

Anyone got any best practices for inventory solution? Have setup it up but dont realy know if its Overkill? Appreciate any feedback from people on how they have it setup. Scheduled times etc.

have you searched for them?  I know the "pro/expert" on Inventory, and he's pretty prolific out here.
