    I have contacted symantec support several times about the issue and have gotten no response. It has been over a week.

    Posting here is my last resort, our ip 138.197.77.235 has been blacklisted and we have no indication why from symantec.

    Hi Dusan,


    I have checked the IP against the .cloud Blacklist and can confirm that these are not Blacklisted with us and we would not be blocking your emails for this reason.


    We will not be blocking your connections when sending emails from that IPs to our .cloud customers.

    Should you still have issues sending to Symantec customers, it may be part of the Messaging gateway products to which the .cloud team have no access to. If you do have problems with them, you will need to raise this in their Forum:

    I have checked it here http://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/lookup/ and it tells me that the ip has a negative reputation. I am still getting bounced emails due to being blacklisted. This is only happening with symantec, so I know the problem is not on our end.

    Did you follow the instruction I posted above and raised this issue in the other forum:

    This Forum is for .cloud customers thats use the messagelabs infrastructure. I have checked both our internal Blacklists and the reputation across our Infrastructure and I can confirm that we are not blocking your connections.

    If you have any logs stating otherwise please do let me know, however I believe your issue resides in an area of the business that we at .cloud do not have access too.

    Please do let me know if you have other information to assist me or if the problem gets resolved in the other forun please mark this thread as resolved.

    Sorry if you think I am being unhelpful but from the information I have before me I cannot see why we would block your connections.
