    Hi,

we started 13th of may 2017 using a new subnet for our servers. Since then we are unable to send email to some destination because of your blacklist :

host smtp.aliceposta.it[82.57.200.133] said:550 mail not accepted from blacklisted IP address [92.222.116.148] (in reply to MAIL FROM command)

last week i had to request the delisting every two days, and yesterday I setup relayhosts in postfix to route everything to old VPSes ( luckily still working at the moment ).

My IP range is 92.222.116.144 to 92.222.116.151, can someone of the Symantec take care of this and help me not to fall again in blacklist?

I think that if all emails , without arising alarms, pass through old VPS IP's they should pass from new IPs too...in fact we just moved VPSes to new IPs just reconfiguring their interface address

    1) Symantec is the only to blacklist our mail servers.

    2) There's no spam coming out from our mail servers

    3) There's no virus on our mail servers

    4) Our mail servers are not open relays

    5) Our mail servers has not dynamic IPs

    6) Our inverse records are correcly registered for the name of the new server

    7) Our SPF records are present and working for the main domain

Please help, i can't maintain old VPSes working  more than a week ...

    best regards

    Hi Richard,

I'm sorry , I'm going to be out of my organisations until saturday and can't monitor my mailservers in real time to avoid down of service because of the list.

Fryday night  I will deactivate the relayhost on one of my mailservers and I will take it under test until monday. If everything goes as it should, monday in the morning I will deactivate the other one and write to you to inform about it.

Well I will write in any case...

I just want to let you know that first of them to be enabled to send directly will be on 92.222.116.147.

    Thank you for interesting

    kind regards

Hi Richard, looks like it's working now, at least for 92.222.116.147.

I keep an eye on it, monday is always the day with higher email traffic,  and , if it remains working, tonight I will set the other one ( 92.222.116.148 ) to forward email directly and not to relay to my other hosts as it does now.

    Thank you again,

    kind regards
