    I am getting the following message from our mail server:

    Could not connect to 'cluster9a.us.messagelabs.com(85.158.139.103)' (error 10060)

     

    Our IP address is 66.194.15.66

    Hi Dave,

    You should not need to connect to a secondary cluster, cluster9a.us.messagelabs.com will not be the primary MX record for any of our customers and if it is they are configured wrong.

    I have checked your IP against our internal blacklists and also checked the reputation of your IP. You are not on our blacklists but your reputation is bad. I will reset the reputation of your IP accross our infrastructure and confirm once complete.

    Hi Dave,

    I have now reset your reputation of your IP across our infrastructure. Your should no longer have issues sending emails to our customers.

    Please can you set this thread as resolved to ensure others do not add to it.
