Now I can see where your getting this Information from. This is in reference to our Messaging Gateway products. This particular Forum is for .cloud products. As mentioned your reputation of the IP 164.132.49.180 is high on the .Cloud infrastructure and it is not listed on our products block list.
In order to get the IP reputation increased on there side you will need to address this on there forum.
I'm sorry I cannot assist you further on this but I do not have access to their product infrastructure.
