    Hi, 

    I have an agent configuration, which i like to disable all monitoring to specific network, for ex' 192.168.0.0/24 

    I have created the following filter under agent configuration: 

    -,192.168.0.0/24,*

    But still, the policy is blocking the file from copy. 

    I'm using Symantec DLP version 12.5

    How can i stop monitoring for specific network / IP ?

    How are you performing the copy?

    Hi, 

    Thank you for the reply. 

    The policy is blocking (and more important scanning) the file when copy it to local drive (drag & drop) and also when accessing the file. 

    It is impossible to work on a network shared file (excel / word) without DLP scanning  the file. 

    How can i block DLP agent from scanning files (access to files & file copy - which i think are the same) from a range of networks (for ex' 192.168.0.0/16 or 192.168.0.0/24 ... ) 

    I'm attaching a screenshot of the agent configuration. Is that suppose to work?
