    Hi,

    Again our server is blacklisted only this time you don't even have the courtesy to send undelivered messages, probably because they would say it was listed in a blacklist it isn't in again. I've used all the Symantec Blacklist check pages I could find and our IP doesn't appear in any of them. Our Server's IP is 49.176.197.220. We aren’t on any other blacklists, there's no spam coming from our mail server, we don’t have a virus, we aren’t an open relay and we have a static IP. Please fix this. We can't email our customers, suppliers, our bank, and other financial institutions we deal with.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Symantec,

    In order to investigate this issue further I will need to obtain some message headers.  If you can PM me the header for one of the messages that is not being delivered, I can then look into this for you.  If you do not have any headers, can you please provide the sender, recipient, date sent, subject.

    Access Denied

    You don't have permission to access "http://www.symantec.com/connect/users/delros/contact" on this server.

    Hi Matt,

    I have checked your IP address on all the releveant systems and cannot see any blocks in place,

    Can you post the bounce back you received here, or via PM?

    If this still doesnt work for you, let me know and we will come up with another way of getting this info

    Hi Richard,

    We aren't getting bounce backs. Last time our IP was throttled has it been throttled again?.

    Hi our domain amg.biz is being blocked since 6 weeks now and we have sent several email to support and no reply/

     

    We checked brandreputation and also blacklist and we are not listed on either.

    I can't see any listings in place for your domain.

    Can you let me know the IP and any NDRs or error messages you are recieving so I can check those?

    I too have a similar problem. 

    My IP / emails / domains are not blacklisted but messages through Message Labs to various organisations are either not delivered or said "delivered" but are not received. It affects numerous different organisations using your services. So, even when I have a messagelab message saying "delivered" the recipeint does not receive it.  Their IT Departments say it is not at their end.

    I have no certainty in emails to anyone!

    My current IP address is:139.59.171.215 which is Digital Ocean the current routing for my ISP.

    I use TunnelBear VPN so my apparent IP address changes.
