  • 1.  IP removal - messagelabs.com connection rejected by policy

    Hello Symantec team!
     
    Since February 24, 2018, we are facing problem during send email to messagelabs.com server.
     
    We are an ISP and maintain several mail server. Some of our client faced this problem. Here is the server log:

    Our findings regarding the domain taili-apparels.com:

    #PTR record
    PTR 203.112.72.18  mail.taili-apparels.com

    We are asking you to allow this IP group, because our mails clients are being rejected.
     
    The IP's  are:
     
    203.112.72.18 (IP CIDR:203.112.72.0/26)
    61.247.187.74 (IP CIDR:61.247.187.72/30)
    114.134.93.74 (IP CIDR:114.134.93.72/30)

    Submit a sample of the email that's blocked to:

    investigation@review.symantec.com

    Thanks for your attention.

    But why I need to email to: investigation@review.symantec.com

    Is it not possible to solve my email problem regarding "messagelabs.com"  on this forum?
