IP Reputation Result is Bad - Cannot send emails to messagelabs customers

    Hi,

    My client sent email to messagelab customers, my WHM  "Mail Sent Report" display sent successfully, but their clients said they didn't receive them at all. This event only happened for messagelab customers.

    I checked our IP address 221.121.153.156 p.p1 {margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 18.0px 'Andale Mono'; color: #28fe14; background-color: #000000; background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)} span.s1 {font-variant-ligatures: no-common-ligatures}  on http://www.symantec.com/security_response/landing/spam/, display Reputation result is Bad. But this email server only using for few clients, i checked their all sent emails and not any spam emails. 

    So could you please help me fix this issue, how can we change Reputation result from Bad to Good?

    Hello Henry, 

     

    When I use the lookup site, it shows neutral repuation for your IP not bad.
