    Not sure it this is a bug or what, but devices are still being block eventhough they are already excluded from blocking. Anyone?

    SEP Version - 12.1.4013.4013

    And you verified the policies match (SEPM and client)?

    Is there anything showing in the control log?

    I veried the policy serial number matches,control logs in the serrver side or client side?

    i dont see any logs, what is the file name and any particular message i should be looking at the logs?

    Backup and Delete the policy that you had created for Device control. Restart SEPM.  Update policy.

    You might need to reboot one of your SEP machine just to verify that the new policy with no Device control is implemented.

    check if this works.

    You should be seeing something in the logs regarding the blocking of devices.
