  • 1.  Issue with Masquerading

    I need to automatically forward all inbound emails to an external service while I do an Exchange migration. I've read that masquerading is what I need to configure to make this happen, but it doesn't seem to be working on my test accounts. Besides adding the appropriate information to the Masquerading page, is there anything else I need to do that I may have missed?

    I would suggest for you to simply change the 'Optional Destination Route' for the Protocols -> Domains entry for the domain.

    I would, but I need the forwarded messages to go to a whole new email address, which is why the masquerading option was so appealing.

    Hi,

    Have you thought about using destination routing un the delivery options per domain with or without the routing option in directory integration?
