  • 1.  Issue with upgrading clients to version 14MP

    Hi;

    We recently upgraded our Symantec EndPoint Protection Manager product to the 14MP1 version. When upgrading clients to this version, we encountered problems with Windows 8.1 Pro x64 clients, were not able to upgrade, and at the SEPM console there is an icon of an arrow in red with a message in the required Restart item indicating "Yes, the application and device control component has a change of the configuration of the driver to be applied ". knowing that a restart of the clients in question.

    Note: the operation of locally upgrade on the machine is done correctly.
