Deployment Solution

I am working with a client to create and deploy images to some devices. A WinPE option has been added via the PXE Configuration Manager and has been saved yet it doesn't show up on the endpoint when PXE booting. I have added a DOS Managed option and that does show up. Looking at pxemanager.ini shows the menu items and the order in which they should be displayed.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

Try restarting the PXE Service.  But that's my only idea.  I'm hoping someone else weighs in.

Tried restarting the service, even rebooted the server but no joy. I can add DOS or Linux options and they appear on the endpoint's PXE boot menu just not WinPE.

Have you tried regenerating the WinPE images?

Pretty sure I have regenerated the images but will do it again

did you create your Preboot with the Boot Disk Creator?

if you click new to create a new Preboot and than add Preboot

is there any Preboot installed?

can you send a screenshot?

Have you gone through the tips that were provided in this thread?  If you click on the Status tab, what is the status of the PXE server that you are experiencing this issue from (i.e. offline, updating, etc.).

I had the same issue last week, I had to stop pxe services, made a copy of pxemanager.ini and pxe.ini (do the same for other pxe servers if affected) edit both these files to remove the pxe option numbers that were not displaying on the boot menu. restarted pxe services and recreated the bad options and all was good.
