  • 1.  ITMS 7.1 Beta: Unable to control KVM session

    Hi All,

     I can establish an AMT KVM session with my client and the remote control window appears as expected, but I am unable to control the client from the console.  When I move the mouse or click a key or click one of the keystroke buttons, nothing happens on the client.

     

    The Client is an AMT 6.x client, Lenovo T410 laptop.  Connection is wired, happens in Non-TLS and I'm sure STLS modes as well.

    Hi Keith,

    Can you provide more information about the video, is it integrated Intel video or some other one on this laptop?

    Also what drivers for input devices ( keyboard \ mouse ) on the laptop is it standard MS or some specific from Vendor?

    Is the clients local keyboard  \ mouse is functional during the KVM session.
