ProxySG & Advanced Secure Gateway

Hello everyone,

Like some Proxy Sg user i facing an issue with Java and the WebGui.

I'm running a windows 7 box and need to connect to a SG200-10 (SGOS 6.5.9.8) and SG300 (SGOS 6.7.2.2).

Regarding the TECH245893 i should install the 1.8.121 java version to make the WebGui run properly, but it don't.

I try different vesion (1.8.101, 1.8.141, 1.8.151) supress install etc... without success.

If anyone have a fix, it will be greatly appreciate.

Hi Patrice, 

               Can you post a screenshot of borwser window when accessing the proxy? Also please check whether you are having Java 32bit installed or not. If not, keep only Java 32bit on your machine and give it a try.

It looks to me like IE is not running Java.

Are you able to run the Java Verification test and post your results:

https://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp

You should be prompted to run a Java Applet. If not I suspect that Jave is not configured to run on IE currently.
