We using ITMS 7.6

For when l login NS Server with my credentials and open NS Console, while going to upload any software facing java error. 

We have already installed Java 8 update 40 and Java 8 update 5

Please copy java error, as it's not recognizable on picture that you provided.

Also please make sure that you have installed x86 java.

We have jre-8u40-windows-i586 installed on server and there is no error message given if other users accessing server.

Only when i login with my id facing error.

What will be happen if you click allow? Do you see notification server logs for more information?

what is the difference between your id and other users id's on that server?

If i click on allow nothing will be happen, situation will be as it is.

There is no difference between my id and my other colleague who log into to server.

Only one thing was happened when i was log in to server at that it was asked to update java and after that i faced this problem.

Can you check that you launch internet explorer 32 bit?

Also please open internet explorer under administrator(on IE icon right+click > Run as administrator) what will happen in this situation?

I have updated the Java 8 update 51 which was asking to update but still same.

Please verify Java security settings in Java control panel in security tab.

Enable Java content in the browser, is it enabled for you?

Which security level is set?

Does your Notification Server URL is added into Excepation Site list?

Java content in the browser is already enabled.
