    SEPM 12.1.RU5 embedded DB and trying to work with Lankeeper NAC equipment.
    Is the KB article?
    1.Sybase way to allow access from the outside
    2.Sybase Schema Information

    You would need to allow access via your firewall but not sure why you want to allow outside traffic.

    Access method didn't change since you asked for 12.1.2. Credentials are dba and initial admin password.

    Unfortunately, I don't know how Lankeeper works, so I'm not able to provide detailed tips.
