  • 1.  Laptop is not working after DLP agent installation has been created

    Hi Team,

    Whenever we are installing DLP agent 11.6 in new Laptop dell latitude e7440, it is getting hang and it is not working properly and it is happing with all the laptop, before DLP agent installation is working good but after DLP agent installation it is not working any more.

    Please help us as it impacting our business

    You can collect the MSI installation log for inverstigation. According to your description, if all the DELL Latitude e7440 has the same issue, it may be a compatibility problem.

    I would check to see if any antivirus is interferring with the agent. Try disabling the av agent for testing purposes...

     

    Does this occur prior to policies being pushed to the agent?
