    Hi,
    I am currently having a problem with SEP 11.0.5002.333. Endpoint Protection Manager reports following information:

    Latest Symantec Version:  -ml- PUBLIC 000
    Latest Manager Version: 2010-01-17 rev. 019

    Live Update completed successfully. Any advise please?

    IS this happening right after installation of manager? or was it diplaying correct info before? .... In the former case, check folder permissions.... Run repair install of SEPM otherwise...

    Also, do you have proxy or firewall to Internet?

    It started about 3 days after the patch for 31-12-09 issue was released and automatically applied.
    Yes, we use proxy with user authentication to access the internet but no configuration change was made recently on SEP server. Server has been running since 2008.

    Any help what -ml- PUBLIC 000 means and why SEP doen't download and apply new definitions?
