  • 1.  Licence Activation Error

    Hi

    When I try activation  it stops at ZIP code showing the following error:

     

    The city and postal code is missing or cannot be validated. Verify the city and postal code, and then enter it again. If the issue persists, please contact Customer Care.

    I believe you are trying to activate it using the serial number, can you try using the SLF file that you would have received with your license certificate. in case you are getting this error while activating with the SLF file please contact the licensing team @ 800 844 0584
