    Hi community,

     

    i have a question regarding Data Center Security.

    Our customer currently has the Advanced version in use. How can he downgrade to the Monitor version? Is it enough to switch license in the management? Is it even possible to downgrade or does he have to do a fresh installation?

     

    Currently in use Data Center Security Server 6.6.1 (DCS Unified Management Console 6.6.1.85)

    I couldnt find any other similar or helpful article in the forum, and until now i have no experience with the product.

    Hi Chris,

    Symantec Licensing can assist with this. They will downgrade the license, and you'd have to look at reimporting it into the application. There should be no need to reinstall the application.
