Symantec Management Platform (Notification Server)

In SMP 7.1 there is a report called SQL Server License Summary located under REPORTS-DISCOVERY AND INVENTORY-INVENTORY-SERVER-DATABASE SERVERS-MICROSOFT SQL SERVER.

When you run this report there is a field titled License Type.  My report is producing 64 rows and 2 rows are a returning "Per Seat" as the license type and the rest are returning "Disabled".  Is this normal?  What are all the possible options for this field?

The most common results are:

• Disable
• Per Seat
• Per Processor

Thanks Fabio.  Does that mean Disabled will be defined as licensed per Server?

My answer from Symantec is that disabled means you are most likely using an MSDN license.
