    I have a license for 12.x today which is expiring shortly.

    My manager provided me with a new license for 14 but we will not be upgrading our environment to this version just yet.
    I'm wondering if the version 14 license is valid for 12.x SEP Clients as well?

    Yes, it will also work for 12.1 clients.

    So I can just activate the new 14 license and delete the old 12.x one?
