    Hi Sir/Maam,

May I ask you have some solutions for my concern.

(Like for example for this month I already installed symantec endpoint protection to one laptop then for the next month I need to reformat that laptop so I need to install again symantec endpoint protection then it will reduce again on my license? I though one license is good for one year?

It will not. Uninstalling/re-installing does not cause a hit against the license count.

    How come?
For us it always hit against the license count when we formatted a computer.

When a PC is re-formatted, SEP is gone from it. It will be removed from SEPM which free's up the license.

Like for example for I have 25 license then I installed on one computer for this month so the license will reduce to one then on the next month I need to reformat that computer and I will need to install again the symantec so the license will reduce again.

It's the same computer. No reason it will take two licenses. One SEP install equals one license for it.

I thought one license is equal to one year even I just reinstalled it on the same computer

It's not tied to a specific machine ID so you can re-install as needed.

No. You typically just re-install the product, if/when needed.

Then it will reduce and reduce the license count?

After it's removed from SEPM, a license is freed up.
