I'm confuse with the maintenance support of Symantec in perpetual/subscription.
For subscription license. It has its own maintance/support right?
In perpetual, I need to add to recommended bill of materials the software maintenance?
For Example 1, I recommend BOM below:
ATP-E-NEW-1-25-1Y Endpoint Detection and Response Agentless, Initial Cloud Service Subscription with Support, 1-24 Users 1 YR 23
Since this is Subscription, no need to add software maintenance right?
Example 2, I recommend BOM below:
SEP-NEW-1K-2500 Endpoint Protection, License, 1,000-2,499 Devices 1500
Do I need to add below a software maintenance?
SW-TIER-3-PRC-CAT-SM Software Maintenance, Tier 3, High Content, Price Category SM
