When I go to Live update. Update everything now I get a message that says: "To view this web content, you need to install the Java runtime environment. Click more info to visit the website for the Java runtime environment. I followed it and updated to Java version 8 updater 25. I still get the same message and then error in updating. I have called support and got the run around. I'm running OSX Yosemite version 10.10.1 Thanks for the help.
What's the exact SEP version you're running? SEP 12.1.5 for Mac is the first to support Yosemite 10.10.x, is this the version you're running?
