Please migrade it from sav to sep 12.1.3. There is no support for SAV.

I would request all users using Symantec AntiVirus 10 to migrate to Latest version of Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.

Currently, the Latest version of SEP product is SEP 12.1.3001

It seems you have requested a virus definition extension for Symantec AntiVirus 10.x Corporate Edition beyond its End-of-Support-Life date

There is recent update on the site, here you can see definitions have been released on 25/7/2013

Try to upgade it again, this time it should show the recent date.

Also it's recommended to upgrade to the latest version of SE
