  • 1.  Local bad sender domains delete - message is still procesed by other filters

    Posted Apr 14, 2011 08:27 AM

Hello, I have set domain in Local bad senders domains list, with rule Delete message. But those emails are not correctly deleted, it is procesed by other filters (antivirus and also content filtering) and recipient recieve annotation about "holding message by content filter" but email have to be deleted in very first step. Anyone knows, why emails hitting Local bad sender domains are not deleted imidatelly?

Verdict for those messages are quite huge:

The Messaging Gateway uses a multi-verdict engine so we don't stop at the first match to a policy. We send the message to each of the components and wait for a verdict from each. This is so anything you may have whitelisted can over-ride the blacklist.

Thank you for reply, so I need to whitelist problematic domain from been scaned by content filter.
