    Hi all,

I am wonder what the locks do in the policy settings:

I am used to the Kaspersky Admin Kit where locks actually mean to activate a setting (i.e. the setting in question to take effect) - Is it ever the case with SEPM ?
Or does it mean to keep control at the Server side (as opposed to the client having control over that particular feature)

Can it ever have multiple meanings?

    Many thanks!

Keeps users from changing settings.  It's greyed out for the end user in their client.

Yeah, you can set the default value by changing the settings, the lock keeps them from changing it at the client-side.  Feel free to use them both.

SEPM Admin has the lock or leave it unlocked.
If it is locked users and only see it cannot change it. If it is unlocked users have the ability to disable it.
