(" Error opening upload log file. 
Make sure the specified log file location exists and is writable.")

Could try running a repair on the SEP client from the 'Programs and Features' menu?

I am unable to ınstall the program.

Everytime i run the ınstallation file it gıves me an error, so

It does not appear under programs and features.

I ran cleanwipe and uninstalled the program. 

I also scanned using symdiag and turned off the firewall and tried to reinstaill but the installation file still does not run properly.

what should i do next?

Are you installing SEP with admin rights? Looks like UAC may be stopping it if you don't have admin rights.

When ı first installed the program before, It worked fine.

İf ı did not run the program as admin, 

now how can ı do that?

Yes I have.

For the first time When I uninstall and download the program, I did not get error.

I did it twice, There was not problem.

I did not changed administrator settings and ı checked, it is ok...

So what is the problem?

Couldn't really say at this point. All the normal steps have been taken. Is there a SEP_INST.log file in the %temp% directory? If so, that may contain error messages.

Maybe you should open a case with support so someone can remote in.
