    Hi Team:


    I received a request from my boss and he want to log all USB flash drives when it is connect in the computer.

    How can i do this?

    Is this possible?

    There is no option in SEPM to log USB devices when they connect. You would need to use a third party tool or perhaps some scripting for this.

    @Manuel, what is the purpose of logging the USB drive into the client ?

    Suppose the USB drive got so many name or being renamed often then it would defeat the purpose of reporting it to the SEPM ?

    Dushan is right,

    it has sence if you wan to use it to avoid for example data leaks.

    or to determine who copied some sensitive information and etc.
