  • 1.  Lost connection to network drive.

    Hi,

    I installed SYMC ENCRYPTION DESKTOP CORPORATE BY PGP 10.3 on a users laptop. The user then lost the ability to connect to the network drive. I tried everything to mapp the network drive back but I had no success. Can someone please help me out with this issue.

    I don't understand how to fix the issue. They don't have it anywhere.

    Before you go as far as making changes to the Network Provider order, please confirm if you have LogMeIn installed.  If not, then this may not apply to you anyway.

    If you're curious though, the below MS article tells you how to amend the Provider Order (steps 1, 2, 5, and 6 are the ones that are relevant)

    The only problem is that I am missing the Provider Order tab.

    I fixed the issue by going into regedit and replacing the order there. Thank you so much for your help.
