  • 1.  Lost my clients in the SEPM

    Hello all,

One day I have all the managed workstations in their groups, and the next day they are no longer in there. I can detect them as unmanaged clients now. What the heck happened? Why would they suddenly become unmanged clients? The groups are empty. The SEPM server is a virtual server. One thing I did was I made a copy of it and ran it changing the name around. It also have a different IP now. But the clients are still lost.

What can I do here? I sure as heck don't want to go to every work station and uninstall SEP and redeploy it from the server. Is there a way to make these clients reconnect to the managment console? I've recreated the computer accounts but that didn't help.

Any idea what could solve this? How can I reclaim those clients in the SEPM?
