    I have a few users getting this error recently. Nothing has changed that I'm aware of. Removing and re-installing seems to fix the issue. Has anyone else ran into this?

    Frequently triggered by a broken LU engine. Unistall / reinstall of LU will fix the issue, you fixed it by the way :)

    This liveupdate problem..it might be because corrupt SEP installation..re-installing liveupdate should have fixed the issue.

    Yes - we've had the problem on a small number of machines.  However, when we uninstall and reinstall, the problem seems to come back.  I've got a case open with Symantec to do some debugging to determine the root cause.
