I have a user who encrypted using 10.2. He now tells me that all that all he gets is a restart message presented in English, Spanish, German, etc. When he powers down he gets the PGP logon screen. He enters his passphrase and it just brings up the same reboot message. Any one else seen this problem? This is a first for this one.
