    Hello,

    We had many problem to received mail from your gateway *.messagelabs.com.

    The mail arrived corretly but with many delay (sometime 2-3 hours or 2 days).
    It's not possible to talk with our clients with this delay.

    We had few example with many clients.

    I had already created a ticket on the mail investigation@review.symantec.com but he does not response since 7 days.


    For example, i can send you few headers (in private)

    We have been experiencing email delay issues to Messagelabs.com senders addresses for 2 months.

    Only Messagelabs, no other senders.
    Emails send to our smtp gateway by Messagelabs.com arrived between 1 minutes till 2 days delay.
    We have many mail headers that show the delay beetween your messagelabs gateway and our. We can send you as many as you wan't.
    We espect Symantec is throttling traffic to our gateway, but we don't know why.

    Because we are not a Symantec customer ourselves, we can't directly open a ticket. We try to contact our customers for opening tickets with Symantec to resolve the issue but it is not easy.
    We have supplied verbose SMTP logs to Symantec both investigation@review.symantec.com. But we still have no answer.

    Our Domains are heppner.fr, xpfrance.fr and transport-woehl.com


    Could I PLEASE, get a response from a Symantec Engineer who can spend a little time to resolve the issue.

    Even if it requires a configuration change on our end, we need more information about the causes of this problem.
